It is finally here… the much anticipated Urban Restaurant Hop is THIS Thursday (5/27/2010) leaving from our Rental Hut on the Riverwalk @ 6pm.

This organized cycling event is in celebration of National Bike Month. The one we had in March for Florida Bike Month was so much fun and well received that you certainly do not want to miss this one.

This time we’re rolling out to 5 new hot spots around downtown including:

• The Sail Pavilion – Urban oasis located on the waterfront
• Cafe Dufrain – Waterfront bistro
• Stump’s Supper Club – Located at Channelside Bay Plaza
• Pour House at Grand Central -  The perfect way to relax with friends
• Taps – Wine and Beer Merchants @ Skypoint

Kick off the Holiday weekend early! Join us for an evening on the town, meet others with similar interests (like bicycling and eating) and help local independent businesses shine while experiencing the ease of taking a bicycle and not a car.

The Small Print

This is a BYOB (Bring Your Own Bike) Event. Participants ride at their own risk. City Bike Tampa nor the restaurants/pubs involved with the event are responsible for cyclists. We have asked the participating venues to provide food for our group. the decision to imbibe is being left up to each individual rider.

In compliance with state law, we are requiring lights and strongly encouraging helmets for the ride.

Lights will be sold and installed at a discounted price of $10.00/set if needed.
