The races and the associated ECO.lution festival that stretched from Franklin Street all the way down to the Riverwalk @ Curtis Hixon Park made for an impressive event and a truly exciting day. It was great to get outside on such a beautiful afternoon and see our new and old friends from Carrollwood Bicycle Emporium, SWFBUD, Give & Take, the Tampa Bay Bike Co-Op and 66 Fixed.
The Tampa Downtown Partnership did a great job with getting us all organized.
Thanks for coming out!
Join us for an evening on the town, meet others with similar interests and help local independent businesses shine while experiencing the ease of taking a bicycle and not a car!
In compliance with state law, we are requiring lights and strongly encouraging helmets for the ride.
Lights will be sold at a discounted price of $10.00/set if needed.

Where: Parking lot adjacent to the St Pete Times Forum (West side of the plaza…directly across the street from the Marriott)
When: 10:00 am
What: As part of Florida Bike Month, City Bike Tampa in conjunction with Tampa Bay Cycle are offering a riding skills class this Saturday, March 13 from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m in the parking lot at the St. Pete Times Forum.
The class will include a forum on cyclists legal rights and responsibilities, urban riding, and safety. There will be a hands-on obstacle course and a ride through downtown.
